A friend showed some interest in doing some Control Line. He has only ever flown R/C Power and Slope so I let him have a go with a correx 049 powered wing he said he liked it and would like to do more so I thought I don't see any reason I could not apply similar building techniques as I do for my EPP Slope Combat Wings.
So here goes....
Both aircraft have flown and they fly very well. I am new to Control Line and I have to say with the EPP Wing it gives me a lot more confidence knowing that the airframe will take a lot of punishment and after ten flights the vinyl parcel tape shows no signs of deterioration.
Both have PAW 2.49 plain bearing, one is fitted with a muffler.
Update: Just built another one 8hrs from a foam blank to in the air with an Enya 19. Flys a treat!!!!
